Career Summary
Today is an amazing but very challenging time to be an application developer. Our industry is practically exploding with new ideas, new technology and new solutions to problems. Developers need to be able to adapt to this change and adopt the best practises and technologies in order to satisfy user requirements that are more demanding every day. I have spent fifteen years as an application developer, many of those years with technical lead responsibility. The best projects I have been involved with have; first created a robust team development process and clear benchmarks for success, second focused the whole team around identifying the core user requirements, and third established a frequent and regular habit of delivering results. I look forward to working with your team to deliver results to your users.
